Su Ying Fitness

Su Ying was born in Tianjin China. She studied traditional Chinese dance, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga with Chinese masters. In the U.S., she has earned certificates in Pilates, Group Fitness Instruction and Personal Training.

Su Ying draws upon a unique set of skills and experiences to improve the physical and emotional well-being of people of all fitness levels. She helps her clients achieve whole body wellness. Clients really enjoy Su Ying’s distinctive style. As a caring and intuitive listener, she will quickly learn the best way to train, challenge, and motivate you. Her energy is contagious, and clients find themselves with new commitment and enthusiasm to reach their fitness goals.
